Every Thursday Night - Olympic Lifting
Want to try the sport of Olympic Weightlifting?  Crossfitter wanting to perfect your Olympic Lifting technique?  Just want to work on your form in the Clean & Jerk and Snatch?  Every Thursday at 6pm is Olympic Weightlifting technique and training.



FOOTBALL CONDITIONING TRAINING PACKAGE

Learn football conditioning skills and drills for speed and agility improvement as well as strength training techniques.  Classes are small group with low athlete to coach ratio.

The Anvil Athletics offers specialized training programs for all athletes:


High School Level-    High school athletes require a strength and conditioning program that progresses from general development through sport specific training.  Such a program has special attention placed on training technique, foundation work and skill development.

College Level-    With collegiate athletes, major emphasis is placed on strength, power and speed development geared toward the athlete's specific sport and seasonal goals.  NFL Prospects are trained for All-Star Games, the NFL Combine and Pro Timing Days.

Professional Level-    For the professional athlete, beyond Combine Training, we offer specialized training highlighting aspects of injury prevention and pro-longing the athletic career.  Just as the smartest man can still learn, professionals can still improve physically.

Weekend Warrior-    Amateur athletes will benefit from sport specific training based on skill level, sport and desired goals.  Whether Olympic Weightlifting or club volleyball, road racing or pick-up basketball, everyone can benefit from improved strength.

General Population-    For everyone else, whether weight loss, weight gain, healthy lifestyle or just wanting to look better, The Anvil Athletics can develop a program suitable for any body.




Price Menu:


Basic Membership: $150.00 per month
Month to month membership. Includes a 4 week workout plan and use of all of the facility. The staff at Anvil Athletics will design an 4 week general training program. We will also monitor progress and coach some lifting technique.

Sports-Specific High School Training Programs.
All High School Training Programs are for college bound High School athletes. These programs are for athletes who are serious about their performance. Any athletes interested must apply for acceptance to any of our high school training programs.


Bronze Training: Sports-Specific Group Training Membership: $200.00 per month
Includes a training program designed for your sport or position. Coach K will take you through all speed and agility drills, sports-specific conditioning and strength training. 3 days a week of scheduled lifting.

Silver Training: Semi-Private Sports-Specific Membership: $400.00 per month
Includes two days a week for two hour private training with Coach K. The third day athletes will be with a group environment to promote competition and team work. Coach K will take you through all speed and agility drills, sports-specific conditioning and strength training. 3 days a week of scheduled lifting.

Gold Training
: Private Sports-Specific Training Membership: $600.00
Includes three days per week of two hour private training with Coach K. Also includes video technique analysis of speed and agility drills. Coach K will take you through all speed and agility drills, sports-specific conditioning and strength training. 3 days a week of scheduled lifting.
